Our approach and impact

To deliver our mission for school trusts we need to have strong foundations, developing a resilient organisation and long-term financial sustainability. We do this by striving to have:

  • A resilient organisation with appropriate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Membership increasing year on year and a strong record of retaining almost all of our members.
  • Diversified income and a strong and resilient business model.

Since our launch in October 2018, CST has been actively shaping the education policy agenda and speaking on your behalf.  You can discover more about our work in our annual impact reports.
